Return & Refund Policy
At Snoffle, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept cancellations, returns and provide refunds.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it to avoid any shipping charges. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 18008-89-79-69 (Toll Free) and provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If you cancel your order within the eligible time frame, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges, if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be cancelled once they have been put into production.
Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed. Any additional charges due to order modifications will be communicated to you, and your approval will be required before proceeding.
Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods and custom products. You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This includes items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, and items missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at 18008-89-79-69 (Toll Free).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@snofflefoods.com or call us at 18008-89-79-69 (Toll Free). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
